1. Packaging Your Items

• Repack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation.

• The product must be in its original condition, undamaged, and with all original tags intact.

• Items returned in a condition that affects resale may not be eligible for a full refund.

2. Return Shipping

• For customers in the U.S., we provide a return shipping label to our overseas warehouse.

3. Notify Us After Shipping

• Once you have shipped the package, please notify us immediately so we can record your return.

• Failure to notify us may delay your refund, as we will not be aware that the package has been sent.

• We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.

4. Return Costs & Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.

• A restocking fee and return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. The exact amount will be confirmed in the final notification.

• For orders placed outside our website (such as Facebook shop orders), we are unable to deduct the return shipping fee from the order refund. Instead, the shipping fee must be paid upfront before we can issue a return label. We will send you an invoice for the return shipping cost, and once the return is completed, the order will be fully refunded.

5. Return Window

• Please initiate your return as soon as possible. If the return process is not completed within the return window, the return request will be forfeited and closed.

6. Discount Adjustments

• If your order qualified for a discount based on the purchase of multiple items, returning part of the order may void the discount.

• In such cases, the price of the remaining items will be adjusted to their original price before the refund is issued.
